Even before the world went haywire I had been working out at home. It just works with my schedule and lifestyle. I use the tv in our room and GO. Every morning. Even if all I have is 20 minutes.
I am so happy to share some of the great fitness gurus I have found on Youtube.
All you need is a little space, I use 5 and 10lb weights (please use what is best for you), a mat and light and medium booty bands. It is best to not pause in the middle of your workout, especially if your heart rate is up, but you can always drop the weights and keep going OR, go at 1/2 time.
Please make sure to warm up prior and cool down and stretch after. I start with warm up stretches and then dance to 1 or 2 songs...THEN use my weights.

Bailey workouts always look so simple and easy however, she targets each muscle group so effectively that you feel EVERYTHING! Be mindful, when lifting weights over your head, you should err on the lighter side, or to go weight less.

I love when she says if you don't have weights you can always use "water bottles".
