Even before the world went haywire I have been working out at home. It just works with my schedule and lifestyle. I use the tv in our room and GO. Every morning. Even if all I have is 20 minutes.
I am so happy to share some of the great fitness gurus I have found on Youtube.
All you need is a little space, I use 5 and 10lb weights (please use what is best for you), a mat and light and medium booty bands. It is best to not pause in the middle of your workout, especially if your heart rate is up, but you can always drop the weights and keep going OR, go at 1/2 time.
Please make sure to warm up prior and cool down and stretch after. I start with warm up stretches and then dance to 1 or 2 songs...THEN use my weights.
Enjoy dancing to the first video of theirs that I got my groove on with! It was immediate love!
I do this one even on mornings that I don't have a lot of time, OR if I fell into a pit of salt and Prosecco!
Even if this is somewhat repetitive from the ABS ON FIRE, as we know, the lower pooch is a beast to tackle for most of us. And, please keep in mind that lower abs require a healthy diet, and sadly, not much alcohol.
Let's just exhaust those abs, shall we?
Oh, that stanky bra bulge area. I use my 5lbs for this one. Please remember while she is talking at the beginning, grab a sip of water and do some high knees!
