Even before the world went haywire I have been working out at home. It just works with my schedule and lifestyle. I use the tv in our room and GO. Every morning. Even if all I have is 20 minutes.
I am so happy to share some of the great fitness gurus I have found on Youtube.
All you need is a little space, I use 5 and 10lb weights (please use what is best for you), a mat and light and medium booty bands. It is best to not pause in the middle of your workout, especially if your heart rate is up, but you can always drop the weights and keep going OR, go at 1/2 time.
Please make sure to warm up prior and cool down and stretch after. I start with warm up stretches and then dance to 1 or 2 songs...THEN use my weights.
Always great to kick things off with a little dancing!
Be Prepared to feel that outer booty!
I use 10 lb weights for these exercises. However, if there is something with weights, that does not feel good, drop your weights or lower the amount. In some cases during this video, I might adapt all together and do another exercise that works the triceps. (Feel free to reach out if you need another suggestion/replacement exercise.)
Love Sweat Fitness is great after your 20 minute Caroline tricep workout. Just skip over her long chat at the beginning. Again, get a sip of water and do some high knees!
