Here is a great beginner kickboxing workout that will continue to engage your legs as well as your core and arms!
A little more arms. (When at the farm, I have 2 and 3 lb weights. I hold them together for many of the exercises, and use lighter ones for a few others...)
Finish strong! But, do YOU! Watch another video or put on some tunes and pretend jump rope. When you get tired, but before you stop....do 20 jumping jacks! And, if you want a little more....see below!
